At CRUCFIX, every order is carefully inspected before it is shipped. As a result, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons such as: * Change of mind * Incorrect size selection by the customer * Preference for a different color or design * Any other personal preference after purchase A refund or exchange will only be approved if: * You receive the wrong item. * The item arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged upon delivery. To be eligible: * You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. * The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags attached. * Clear photos or videos showing the issue must be provided. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will either: * Replace the item with the correct product, or * Issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable. CRUCFIX reserves the right to decline any refund or exchange request that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
